Can I call 1-800 numbers from outside the United States?
Yes. US toll-free numbers usually cannot be dialed from abroad. With your Washington VoIP line you go out as a US line and they connect without problem. They are billed at the normal per-minute rate.
What do I need to start?
A phone or a computer with internet and a free SIP app: Zoiper, PortSIP or MicroSIP. No SIM card, no new number, no contract.
How much does it cost?
Calls to the United States and Canada cost $0.36 per minute. Activation is $50 one time and you get the full $50 as balance. There is no monthly fee.
How do I pay and top up?
In crypto (USDT and other coins) from your panel; the payment is credited automatically within minutes, at any hour. If you don't have crypto, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new account gets 1 free minute to make a test call before activating.
What is the Caller ID and can I choose it?
It is the number the person receiving your call sees. You set it yourself from the panel, in 1 + 10 digit format. The same number can only be used by one account.
Can I use the account on several phones?
Yes. Up to 3 devices connected at the same time and 3 simultaneous calls on the same account.
Is there a commitment? Does the balance expire?
No commitment and no monthly fee. The balance does not expire while you use the line. Accounts left at $0 and unused for more than 15 days are closed automatically.
Which countries can I call?
The line is built for the United States and Canada: landlines, mobiles and 1-800 numbers. For other destinations, ask us on WhatsApp.
What is the unlimited plan?
A 30-day plan for high-volume clients: you call without counting minutes. It is ordered from the panel and, when it expires, the account goes back to normal prepaid.
How does "Invite and earn" work?
You share your invitation link. When that person makes their first top-up, you get 20% of that top-up as balance and they get an extra 20% welcome bonus.
My app won't connect, what should I check?
That the server is exactly sip.washingtonvoip.com and that username and password are typed exactly. After several failed attempts the system blocks your connection for a few minutes for security. If it persists, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
